The Department of Statistics at the University of Georgia partnered with Data Scientists at Wells Fargo to offer a Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Camp from July 15 - 19, 2024 (8am to 5pm). UGA Statistics PhD student, Shushan Wu, has been honored as one of the award recipients of the 2025 Student Paper Competition in the area of Statistical Computing and Statistical Graphics, sponsored by the ASA Sections on Statistical Computing and Statistical Graphics. Deeya Datta wins AISC2024 and GSD2024 Award Data Science major Sloka Sudhin and Statistics major Deeya Datta were finalists for the Undergraduate Presentation Award at the 2024 International Conference on Advances in Interdisciplinary Statistics and Combinatorics.
